New SCW series portable chillers are quality engineered for year-round, 24 / 7 operation under demanding industrial applications. Combining a compact design, durable construction and a new control platform, SCW chillers will provide maximum cooling for your application.

SCW series chillers have cooling capacity of 3.4 TR to 98 TR with operating temperature of 8°C to 30°C in condenser water temperature (cooling tower water) of 30°C.

  • High volume, high pressure pump with stainless steel impeller
  • Inbuilt process water bypass with valve
  • All chilled water contact surfaces are non ferrous for protection against corrosion
  • All wetted surfaces are stainless steel, copper or other non ferrous material
  • Proven component suppliers like Danfoss, Copeland, Grundfos, Siemens have been chossen for ultimate reliability
  • Tool free access panels and a neatly organized internal component layout provide easy access and service. Simply remove the panels to gain access to the entire cabinet of the chiller
  • All chillers are factory tested under load prior to shipment
  • Shell and Tube Condenser - high surface area with externally finned copper tube, design for Indian ambient condition
  • Brazed Plate Evaporator / Shell and Tube Evaporator - provide higher heat transfer coefficients due to reduced fouling
  • Evaporator Stainer - protects the evaporator from solid contaminants in the process water stream
  • Condenser Water Strainer - helps to protect the condenser from solid contaminants in the condenser water

  • Large, dual 4-digit LED displays for process data, alarms and operation
  • Scroll and Function buttons allows you to navigate the chiller's control parameters
  • Selectable temperature control point choose between to process, from process or average
  • Five status lights that show pump, compressor, alarm and units selection status
  • Control on No. of compressor on / off cycles
  • On board test facility of all input / outputs
  • Temperature deviation alarms for precise control on water temperature
  • Display of set value and actual value on the screen
  • Display of return water temperature on screen
  • Display of total run - hour time of compressor / pump
  • RTD Temperature sensors yield higher precision and repeatability than thermocouples
  • Three phase monitor protects against unit damage due to phase reversal or loss of phase
