Single slider type vertical injection moulding machines are ideal for moulding components with large inserts or components that are heavy, as the mould moves out of the clamping are it gets much easier to unload larger moulded components and loaded inserts into the mould.

The machine is equipped with an unique single station slide table mechanism which slides the mould in and out of the clamping area as the operational cycle continues.

The slide table is electronically controlled providing excellent efficiency and accurate mould movement control.

4 TIE ROD

FAST AND PRECISE SLIDE TABLE

All single slider type vertical injection moulding machines are equipped with a single station sliding table.

The sliding table works by moving the bottom half of the mould in and out of the clamping area, during the start of the cycle the mould is outside of clamping area and in front for the operator, once the operator finished loading inserts and start the operation cycle, the bottom half of the mould is moved inside the clamping are where all the production process takes place, once the moulding process is completed and mould opens the bottom half containing all the finished moulded components moves out of the clamping area and in front of the operator so the operator can safely and easily remove all the moulded components and load inserts into the mould to start the next production cycle.

The slide table is electronically controlled to make sure the movment of mould is smooth and Highly accurate, providing better moulding results and increased operational safety.

With electronically operated slide table the efficiency of the machine is also greatly increased, reducing the operational cost of the machine during production cycle.

All our machines come equipped with LNC controller as standard.

LNC controllers are best in the segment, they provide a high level of control and precision and advanced features that many controllers in this segment can not provide.

We have two controllers depending on the machine model that you choose

In5800 - LNC controller with an 8-inch HMI display and similar performance to the other higher-end LNC controller.

In6800 - LNC controller with a 10-inch HMI display, high-end features, and top of the line performance.

Both controllers have advanced features for machine control and user inputs while being user-friendly and easy to operate.

Equipped with features like remote diagnostics for problem resolutions, EUROMAP configuration, remote monitoring, inter-machine data compatibility, customizable functions, easier integration for automation devices such as robots, Easier integration of industry 4.0 technology, and much more.
