ROTARY TURRET

Equipped with a 4-station rotary turret that accurately transfers the moulded components from one station 2 another after every cycle.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

With an open clamping area and easily reachable moulds, it becomes very easy to access moulded products and set new moulds. simply life the mould place it on the clamping surface and center it using location ring.

OPERATOR LESS

2 COLOR / MATERIAL MOULDING

Turret Type 2 colour vertical injection moulding machines are specifically designed for moulding components with 2 colours or 2 materials with or without inserts.

The unique central turret is used to transfer the moulded components from one station where the base material/colour is moulded to the secondary moulding station where the secondary material/colour is moulded in a single operation cycle, reducing the production time, human intervention, production cost, number of machines for the production of multi colour components.

FAST AND STABLE CLAMPING PRESSURE

Turret 2 colour-type vertical injection moulding machines are equipped with unified clamping control for both moulds.

 

Both Moulds open and close together with a unified clamping plate and open-close control for simplified operation.

 

There are two hydraulic ram cylinders exactly below each mould to maximise the clamping pressure and focus the clamping pressure directly on the moulds utilizing

the clamping pressure efficiently.

 

With unified controls for mould opening and closing the process of handling moulds becomes very easy and maximum speed for opening and closing can be achieved.

DIVERESE INJECTION UNIT

The injection is the only way to control material flow inside the mould thus higher control over material flow and injection position is required to achieve high-quality moulded components.

With a highly customizable injection unit, you can choose the injection unit that suits your production requirements.

Using an accurate measuring apparatus and highly sensitive controller we can accurately control the positioning of injection to control the exact amount of material entering the mould thus producing the best moulding results and these results can be reproduced an infinite number of times.

Offering 2 injection units with total independent control over the injection process enables you to set up the injection process according to your product requirements, be it different injection pressure, different injection speeds, different number of stages for injection, different holding times, different number of holding zones, different delay times, different barrel temperature, different refilling speeds, different barrel sizes, that machine provides you with total independent injection control for both injection units, with no compromises.

FAST AND PRECISE CENTRAL TURRET

This machine is equipped with a central turret mechanism that carries the moulded parts from one station to another resulting in 2 color/material moulding

The central turret is fitted with fingers which act as the insert for the more and the moulding is done over those fingers, once the moulding at one stage is complete the turret assembly rises and rotates 90° in a clockwise direction and moves the component with moulded first part to the next station where overmoulding of second colour/material takes place and then the turret assembly rises and rotates another 90° carrying the finished moulded part to the front of the machine where it is auto ejected into a bin and the whole production cycle continues.

The turret is operated via a servo motor that moves the turret precisely 90° and stops and then when the turret sets down in the mould there are 2 lock pins at are used to lock the turret in its position making double sure that there is no error in positioning of the turret.

The shape of the central turret top plate used for mounting the fingers can be modified to fit the fingers according to your components and the hight of the turret is also adjustable according to mould height.

All our machines come equipped with LNC controller as standard.

LNC controllers are best in the segment, they provide a high level of control and precision and advanced features that many controllers in this segment can not provide.

We have two controllers depending on the machine model that you choose

In5800 - LNC controller with an 8-inch HMI display and similar performance to the other higher-end LNC controller.

In6800 - LNC controller with a 10-inch HMI display, high-end features, and top of the line performance.

Both controllers have advanced features for machine control and user inputs while being user-friendly and easy to operate.

Equipped with features like remote diagnostics for problem resolutions, EUROMAP configuration, remote monitoring, inter-machine data compatibility, customizable functions, easier integration for automation devices such as robots, Easier integration of industry 4.0 technology, and much more.

We also provide other controllers depending on our customer's requirements but we recommend LNC controllers with our machines over all other controllers.
